MCS 287 Principles of Programming Languages
Course Description
This course will focus on different approaches to programming including language and paradigm choices such as functional, object oriented, parallel and event-driven programming and the relative merits of each approach. We will also cover communication and coordination as well as program representation, translation, and execution. Prerequisites: MCS-150 and MCS-178. Spring semester.
