PHY 120 General Physics I
Course Description
This non-calculus course will focus on the following topics and their applications in chemistry and life sciences: kinematics, dynamics, conservation laws of mechanics, fluids, heat and transport phenomena, thermodynamics, simple harmonic motion, traveling waves, and sound. Lectures, demonstrations, and recitations. Requires concurrent enrollment in PHY-121. NTSCI, Fall semester.
