Course Description
This class will introduce you to the spirit and mindset of being an entrepreneur. It will guide you from the conceptualization of a business idea and through the process of evaluating the performance and success of a company. This course covers the basics for business owners of different scope/size, at multiple stages, and includes concepts such as business formulation, marketing and sales, customer-centric mindsets, and expanding your team. By leveraging different course materials, experiences, case studies, simulations and guest speakers, the theories and tools behind entrepreneurship will come to life and allow you to assess your fit and interest to become a successful entrepreneur.
