HES 308 Physiology of Exercise

Course Description

Considerations of nature and significance of the processes and adaptations taking place in the body through exercise. Attention will be given to how these processes and adaptations are influenced or influence chronic disease development and how they can be manipulated to enhance health and human performance. Prerequisites: HES-220, HES-222, HES-230/231, HES-240/241, HES-250, and HES-309, minimum grade C-. Co-requisites: HES-310 and HES-313.
