The laboratory component focuses on techniques important in the study of protein enzymes and their activities, properties, and kinetics. Students will also practice writing within the discipline of Biochemistry and an introduction to the biochemical research process. Concurrent enrollment with CHE-270 required (lab-only enrollment requires instructor permission). Fall and Spring semesters.
